I would be tempted to inspect the mirror very carefully before paying
to have it cleaned.
If there are any scratches at all it might be better to get a
replacement unit.
Open the back, set the camera to 30sec and look through after pressing
the shutter.
Fitting them is not that difficult: mine cast 40 UK pounds (which
probably equals 40 dollars at camera-parts-exchange-rate)
The RT works fine, but it's no a body I would be swapping lenses on in
the field unless I was very sure it wasn't dusty.
