Some time ago, someone here asked for useful Palm OS programs he could 
create. Maybe that would be one to consider: Transfering the data to a 
Palm device via a serial cable, maybe as memos, one per film. That would 
serve several purposes. First, you would have access to the data "on the 
road" immediately without needing a PC. Second, this would be an easy 
way to transfer the data to systems other than MS-Windows via Palm and 
Hotsync.
