No one I know of has a collar, however  Manfrotto (aka Bogen) has a
universal telephoto mount, number 293.  The body of the camera attaches to
the rear using the normal tripod hole, while a strap holds the front of the
lens in a cradle.

It should work as the body to cradle distant can be adjusted from 200 to
300 mm.   You will have to turn the IS off I suspect as that lens pre-dates
Canon's software that permits operation on tripod.
