So have you actually experienced a negative influence
on your pictures with the older IS version on a
tripod? I can only remember comments where people said
that they forgot to turn off IS and still did get
images without any blurr. Are there more people who
have experienced blurred pictures because of IS not
being turned off with the lens mounted on a tripod?
