The only <extra> is that customers using a non-USA credit card here for the
first time must fax or e-mail a legible image of both sides of the card.
After the first time, there's no requirement as long as you use the same
account. As for shipping time -- if you're in a hurry, specify FedEx since
air parcel post is far slower.
