Sorry to ask, but are you guys sure you always load the film the same way?
I mean, the camera probably counts the holes when it winds to the first
frame, so if you pull the film too far out the counter might miss some
holes.

My 50E is not counting any hole, when I load the film (and I try in many different way
) it always start from frame #1 and stop at #36.
Can you take more then 36 picture per role with the EOS3 ?
