rotate your arm at the shoulder. The resulting force should throw away the
little animal. 

I wouldn't try to kill it within the lens, since its disintegrating body
will be all over the place.

Try attracting it outside by placing it in a room with a strong light and
leaving it alone. 

Maybe a vaccum cleaner?
