That all depends on your standards, it doesn't produce as good resolution
as a traditional photographic print of that size. You have got all you need
to test it though, just resample an existing image to 2160 X 1440 and print
the result - that will be pretty much what you get.
The various fractal based enhancement tools make the image look sharper
by inventing detail that isn't accurate - if you are happy with that then go
ahead and try them.
