As a side note, keep in mind that the 420EX can't be set manually. So, if
you're thinking of having "complete" control stick with the 550EX. I made the
mistake of ordering the 420 thinking I could control the lighting from the
on-camera 550. Well, in this case (Elan IIe) the 420 can ONLY fire at the same
level as the 550. So, I sent the 420 back in exchange for the 550 and ended up
paying way too much because of all the shipping charges!
