Fogging is still a problem for EIR, it may be a 900nm peak, but 750nm is
still visible to it.
EIR is not DX coded, that may be a moot point. IIRC, water filters out a
great deal of the visible red band of light, and I've got a feeling that
IR will be filtered out, too. But that's just a guess. Of course, it
could still render some interesting images...
