Hey! What can I say, particularly after the post in photo.net? You want me
to ship to a guy you know in Pennsylvania while you're ordering from
Bulgaria. We both know that internat'l credit card fraud and identity theft
are rampant scourges. We ask for what we consider to be reasonable and
prudent measures to insure your safety and ours, and your friend in
Pennsylvania can't even bother to find a local pharmacy with a buck-a-page
fax service to confirm/verify he's legit.
If this was some pirate using your credit card to ship to his nephew on the
States on your dime, I suspect you'd be leading the Praise Choir. Whatever
. . . no one can please everyone, I guess.
