I have an equivalent of the equipment you're listing, and I've been very happy
with the Lowepro Mini Trekker. If you look in the archieves you'll find loads of
good references about it.
I carry in it: 50E + BP50, 28-135IS, 75-300IS, 100f/2.8 Macro, 550EX, 50f/1.8,
20+25+33mm extension (all staked), Film bag, Cokin Serie P Filters (4),
Manfrotto Macro Bracket and some other stuff.
It weights about 10-12kg in total but I don't feel it much. since the back
support and the shoulder straps are all good backed. Very confortable indeed.
As a plus, it's just the size of the "recommended" hand luggage for the plane,
and in case of a customs inspection, you just open it and they have a good sight
of what you have in it.
Minus point: you have to open it on a support (floor, table, leg, etc...) to get
something from inside. The camera goes out easily by just opening the zipper to
the half and it doesn't expose the rest of the equipment.
