I just wanted to say that I got a few months ago an Elan7 with 28-105
I'm from Holland, Europe & have no credit card myself so I used my brother
in law's one - who also happened to be visiting friends in the US.
I made the order over the phone as I wanted to make sure all is clear - the
person on the other side was very kind & helpful - I think his name was
John, not sure.
Well, the reason actually I'm writing this is cause the Verification was
very simple & straightforward. I could not send a fax over the bad lines
with ahalf a sec delay, so I sent a scanned copy of the CC via e-mail. I
was not too sure @ sending it just like that so we even found a way to send
it with an encrypted attachment.
I think I started the order process 10 days before his trip & the camera
was already delivered 2, 3 before his arrival.
I don't know what to say except that I read all the small print on B&H's
site & had done my homework - so all went smooth & easy.
Now I happily enjoy the Elan7 with which I'm very happy!
