I don't ever use flash compensation for the kind of photos I take,
but I have both the official manual (2/99 version) and Magic Lantern
Guide for the Rebel 2000/EOS 300. There's nothing about flash
compensation in either. A smidgen about regular exposure
compensation in both, a bit about the built-in flash in both, and
some info about using external flash in different modes in Magic
Lantern, but not much else.
