No, you don't have to buy anything more. The 'Off
Camera Shoe Cord 2' has a connector to the body and
flash. One part goes on the camera with a slot to
mount another flash directly on it. The other end has
a connector to the flash. This setup is quite
convenient if you use your flash on a braket or need
only a short distance. Personally, I use the
Connection cord 300 (which is only a cord without any
flash-connector) with the Off-camera Shoe Adapter and
Hot Shoe Adaptor. This is basically the same setup as
the Off Camera Shoe Cord 2 just with more distance and
more flexibility (multiple flashes with the
Distributor.
