The 1v will meter correctly, TTL will meter for the light coming through
the lens, not what strikes the outside element.  But ISO50 may over
expose somewhat.  Try 100 and bracket 1/2 stop.  Bracketing is the key
when shooting IR film.  If you use an 87 or 87c, then you'd have to
meter before putting on the filter, of course.  I'm not sure what effect
a polarizer would have, other than to further cut the amount of light
getting through to the film.
