Okay. This is a totally random question, but anyone have any idea
why original Canon EOS rear lens caps are so deep? I was looking at
one today and there's all that space in there - the lens mount
doesn't extend that far down. Why the wasted room? I have a
third-party lens cap that doesn't extend anywhere near as far out.
