Hi Rick!
Didn't myself, but I know a guy that uses it regularly on EOS 5.
I've only seen what his work on 10x15cm pictures and that it wignetes bad at
17mm when used with 540EZ strait on, as 540EZ only goes to 18mm.
Others I'm sure will know more.
