All I can say is DREAM ON!
If what you say is true, then Canon is turning into a Sony in terms of
marketing - throw out a sprew of new models, each with a different set of
features and hope they don't confuse the hell out of people.

There is also informations about the D30 successor ! In fact 2 bodies :
EOS D70 : First low-end digital SLR. CMOS sensor of 3 MP. 1 fps. Less than
1500 Euros
EOS D7 : Same with a sensor of 5 MP. Lens factor of x1,6
These 2 boides are just annonced in one year (!)
