Hell, you wouldn't even have to go for a "user" body. You can get a
mint FTb and 50/1.4 for around $150, or an A-1 plus lens for under
$300. Dunno if you'd want a "beater" 24, and those are a little more
expensive, but FD stuff has to be one of the all-time best bargains!
