I'm pretty sure all these cameras will do what you are looking for. If you
deploy the inbuilt flash it will fire. The mode in which it fires depends on
the setting of the main dial. Example, in Av/Tv it will be fill flash, in P
it will be mixed and it M it would be flash as main light.
The same is true when using any of these cameras with a hot-shoe mounted
flash. If the flash is powered on it will fire according to the same rules
mentioned above.
