I've been looking at the Sigma 100-300 f/4 HSM, but I've
read two user reviews that say they wish the zoom operated
in the "opposite direction". I assume this means that to
zoom in you would rotate the zoom ring in a clockwise
direction, instead of counter-clockwise, like on EF lenses.

Do all Sigma zoom lenses operate this way?

Does anyone have a zoom lens that operates this way? Is it
frustrating? Do you get used to it?

Am I insane to want to put a Sigma 2x TC on this lens and
have a 200-600 f/8? (autofocus will work with an EOS 3)
