Hi Jeff,

The Cokin filters are "center spots" (i.e. clear in the middle), but no
radial NDs: See: http://geocities.com/cokinfiltersystem/ and

Photoshop to the rescue: http://luminous-landscape.com/panorami.htm

Alternatively, how about a B&W negative as a contrast mask when printing
the pictures from your TS-E?
