hmm... I got lucky on this one... A friend of mine dropped my Hoya 7mm C-POL into a lake and it stayed there for close to an hour until we could find it. Having nothing to loose, I brought the piece of glass back home, cleaned it with regular soap and rinced it under running water. I dried it properly with a clean cloth, left it on the counter for few hours for the different pieces to dry properly, then I cleaned it with my Kodak lens cleaning solution. The glass is absolutely unharmed and like new. I guess I really got lucky on this one... :) -- Patrice Chiniara [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://step.polymtl.ca/~dwarf -- Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, because you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup. * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
