I have 055pro and I think the '055's are fine for your equipment.
I don't know about the 352RC. I use 308 small pro ball and it is
ok for EOS3 + 100-400. Not perfect though (but cheap and usable).
185 Euro sounds highish to me but I don't know the general price
level. You can get the new 055Pro for less than 160 Euro ('here')
I think. The new normal 055 must be slightly cheaper than the 'pro'
version.
I would ask for the new prices first. Where do you live?
