Originally HCB used a Leica body and Zeiss Contax Sonnar 50mm F1.5 lens
(Leica thread mount).
Later he used the Leica M cameras with Leica lenses as the lenses became
much better later on (early Leica lenses were not as good as Zeiss, hence
the reason he used Zeiss Contax Sonnar lens on a Leica body). Nowadays he
uses a Minilux which has a 40mm lens if I am not mistaken.
