Hi Tom, As recently reported to the EOS3 group by me, my hardly used PB-E2 developed a fault (secondary buttons failed to operate camera) last September, and Canon UK fixed it quite quickly under warranty. I'd suggest you get it to Canon (UK) in Elstree as soon as you can.
