As we have not reached near-maturity in digital imaging, I think we will have lots of obsolescence.
D30 is already more than one iota less without even D60 or whatever, because its body is lesser than its counterparts in the film bodies. For one, it lacks acceptable autofocus for its class (serious hobbyist, prosumer).
