Chip,

My Tamron cost $153 when I bought it a year ago.

Since this picture takin' stuff isn't making me any money I save a buck
when I can.  My newest glass is all L, wonder where the old non-USM 100
macro falls, so there are places I don't cut corners.  

I am sure that if I was making money with my gear I would buy all Canon.

Hmmmmmm, just thought of something, all my Oly gear that I gave my
grandson was Zuiko.....
