You're right. I just walked in the door with sun stroke and sore feet - again. To keep this on topic slightly, I was chatting to another photographer I know at the track today who was shooting for the first time with a 1D and 400 DO. I had a small play with it and the AF performance seemed good. He was very impressed with both bits of gear. I must admit that the whole DO thing hadn't raised a skerritt of interest from me before, but handling it today I was quite impressed.
