I don't think AEB works with flash on any EOS camera - at least, not the ones I've looked at. The whole point of AEB is to shoot 3 images with 3 separate exposures in rapid succession. I presume the reason Canon disabled AEB with flash is twofold. First, bracketing the exposure is done by altering the EV and not the TTL flash output.
