But Peter,

If you are talking about licensing, I thought that the first camera with the
X3 sensor from Foveon was the F7-RDK, (Reference Design Kit), and guess what
sort of fully electronic lens mount it has:

Cool. It has IEEE-1394 (Firewire / iLink) interface, a PC sync connector,
and type I and II compact flash connectivity. Perhaps the RS-60E3 will also
fit :-)

Maybe there is hope yet for another, more conventional EOS compatible body!
