Unfortunately that's not true.  Small cards have lost their market lure
and have fallen dramatically in price.  I can buy a 128MB CF card for $40
at my local Fry's, where their cheapest 256MB card is $90.  (They have
sold 32MB cards for $8) 1GB CF cards (solid state) are much more than
$360.
