Henry, Probably we should expect more from Canon rather from $225.00. It's time for Canon to stand for its brand at any price range. Yes, there is tremendous difference between $80 and $1,500 but built quality difference should be less. I don't demand optical performance. I am a "Canonist" but I have to say that N*k*n is a step ahead of Canon in this regard.
