Exactly. If the people that are taking these images think that they are ok when printed, you'll never be able to convince them that they should pay for better quality. I have the same problem with some friends and family, you know the drill... "the machine print is ok, but if you really want to see the detail you need a hand print." "how much?" "(inset local currency here)" "HOW MUCH?!?!" "xx" "Why? It's only a picture blah blah blah..." ...Throws hands up in defeat.
