As pointed out be someone earlier, I made a mistake here.  P 
should be 2001.

And the last two digits represent the batch number.  I had 
forgotten that.

I also forgot to add that the code can be a little hard to see.  
The body is black and the code is stamped in black ink.  Take a 
small flashlight with you to the shop.  Sometimes a bright light 
held at an angle to the code makes it a little easier to see.
