PMFJI, but I use a Sony LCD projector every week. IMHO the projected image 
is NOT as bright as what I get with a Kodak 4600. The effects you mention 
-- I presume you mean fade-ins and other multi-projector stuff -- are set 
up in PowerPoint and the projector just shows what the computer feeds it.
