Luminous Landscape has a comparison of the 1Ds with film. Only 1 test shot,
though. Those of you who follow that web site in the past will know who
wins the comparison before even reading the article :-)

I do not wish to start a debate but will merely quote Chasseur D'images (my
translation) "The 1Ds buries once and for all the debate between digital and
film... to the extent that we will have to abandon our ISO test chart as it
does not have enough resolution"
