I know that the Canon EOS 1-V is very waterproof and the EOS 3 is almost as weather
resistant...but what about Canon lenses. If I want to shoot in the rain it is
comforting to have a waterproof / resistant camera....but are the lenses OK to use in
the rain? Seems like it would be quite easy to get water in them given focusing etc as
well as getting water around the lens mount and possibly into the camera. For the most
part I am talking about prime lenses in the Canon lineup including the 300 f4IS as
well as 20, 24, 35 500, 200 primes.
