Not in reference to the Sigma 70-200, but not all HSM has full time manual,
nor is it always quiet.  I have the 17-35 f2.8-4 EX HSM, and it does not
have FTM, being micromotor HSM rather than ring, and it sounds like a coffee
grinder compared to my Canon USM lenses.
