Hi Dirkus!

No I don't use ECF, in most cases I don't have problems, but when I was
shooting owls during night I noticed this. May be it is more difficult
to adjast the output for flash in very dark conditions. Otherwise I am
very happy with 540 EZ.

Do you use ECF by any change? If you do, then the flash-exposure is
always linked to the central focus point, and if your subject is not
under this focus point, then your flash exposure will not be correct. I
also use the OCSC-2, and never had problems so far with it.
