Only whish that B&H also took the same care with their shipments. After paying several hundred dollars four months ago I still have got no goods. . Repeated e-mails are only answered with "I will answer you soon" or "Dear Roger We received your recent message. We welcome the opportunity to address your questions and concerns. Your message has been forwarded to the appropriate department for review and processing. We will contact you soon concerning your inquiry." (received three weeks ago)
I suppose it might be of interest for members of the group - in particularly those of us living outside USA - to learn what B&H's policy might be to take care of their customers in cases like this. Even if my credit card is kept safe, I still miss both my dollars and the small EOS-niceties I long for. What I miss most is a clear answer of what my be the possible outcome of a case like this. 1. if the parcel doesn't show up - have I lost my money, or is it insured? 2. After Four months - is there any chance that a shipment might show up? 3. How long does one have to wait before a case like this is closed? B&H seems to have a good reputation, so I must say I am a little dissapointed of the way a case like this is handled. but still I hope I will get some answers.
