I don't have one of these to look at, but lenses are
frequently held together with thin, threaded rings
surrounding each element.  Look at the front element,
and see if the ring closest to the element has a
couple of notches in it, 180 degrees apart.

These rings are removed by unscrewing them with a
spanner (generally a horizontal bar with two
adjustable, vertical pieces whose ends fit into the
notches).

Unfortunately, however, getting to the internal
elements frequently involves taking apart minor things
like the focusing movement, removing the diaphragm,
and other easily broken parts.  Getting everything
centered during reassembly is fairly critical, too, if
you care about optical performance.
