But - as I now have a direct comparison - the Canon lens "feels" better and seems to work better. BTW: I got my slides back today from processing and I can�t see any difference between the slides taken with the Sigma and those taken with the Canon. I used a 4x loupe to look at. Maybe I will give Sigma Germany a call to ask them what they think about my lens problem.
