Indeed interesting. There are two questions coming to my mind. The system
includes a "decicated CompactFlash Card, a Card Reader, and special
software". I guess the special software is needed to verify the code that is
attached to the picture. But why does the system need a dedicated
CompactFlash Card? A regular card or microdrive wouldn't work? I also wonder
how easy it would be to crack such a system. Assuming the system only relies
on that special code and further assuming that the same algorithm is used
for generating the code (camera) and verifying the code (special software)
then it might be fairly easy to crack it. But maybe this is where the
special CompactFlash Card comes in, i.e. the first assumption is wrong. Does
anybody know more about this system?
