I'm with you Lawrence. While obsolescence is always going to be an issue with digital bodies this seems ridiculous. It seems only a few months ago that people were waiting impatiently for the "new" body - now it's gone? Makes one wonder if there is a little more to it than meets the eye... It would be nice if the new D80 is sporting a full frame sensor. Maybe I should hold off on the 1Ds for a short while and see what's on offer.
