After looking at the photos on DP Preview site taken with the 10D, (sorry, I don't have the link on me at the moment), I can see some increase in photo quality compared to the D60, but I was wondering if it is a REAL improvement, or just a little more in-camera sharpening done with the 10D as opposed to the D60. My D60 seems to have NO in camera sharpening, which is fine with me, I prefer to do my own in PhotoShop, but I wish I could see the same photo taken with the 10D and the D60 AFTER PS sharpening to see if there really *is* a difference in image quality between the two.
On another note, the extra 4 focus points do not seem much of an improvement over the D60 to me. 99% of the time I keep my D60 on the center focus point, and then recompose with the focus locked anyway. I think the 10D would be a great camera to buy if just getting into digital SLR, but to me, it is not worth selling a D60 to purchase. Anyone else out there think they will "upgrade" from their D60 to a 10D? ... now the 1Ds on the other hand..... :-) Steve * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
