I need to use a 1Ds for an assignment in LA in a week or so, and I wanted to know if anybody on this list had a good reference for renting one. My 1D isn't up to the task for this job (magazine cover) resolution-wise.
I know Keeble and Shucat in Palo Alto and Samy's in LA rent these, but can I expect to get one in good condition from them? I've never rented a body before. Thanks!
