Does a Raw Converter for OS X 10.2 exist? I need one for my D60.

Yes. Canon makes one, called the 'File Viewer Utility' that does raw conversion and is OSX native. As mentioned, Phase One and Adobe both have utilities for OSX, and both are better than Canon's.
