Marc,
  I'm using the plugin now and find it to be excellent.  I was once shooting
both raw and jpg but have now switched to raw only.  My color is better,
more consistent, and also forces me to watch color temperature more.  I've
found that automatic color settings are sometimes way off.  It is also fast
compared to other (including Canon's) converter.  It also fits into my
workflow directly.
  The 10D is currently not supported, but there is a workaround based on the
D60 camera:
